    £12.48 per hour

    30 hours per week, We can be flexible with your working pattern but you must be available to work 5 days a week.

    Location: North East Hampshire and occasional Hampshire wide visits includes home working & community visits

    VIVID housing is a leading provider of affordable homes and extensive support services in the south of England. VIVID ensures everyone has the right to a safe and secure place to call home. Their customers have access to a wide range of tailored support to sustain their tenancies and look after their wellbeing.

    We are therefore looking to recruit a Community Wellbeing Practitioner to support us in this new venture.

    The overall purpose of this role will be to actively promote support for individuals with mental health problems and deliver the wide range of services Andover Mind provides on an outreach basis to residents across Andover, Basingstoke and Aldershot. This will involve home working as well as working outdoors, in peoples homes or at statutory or community venues. You will also meet with service users in the communities of Andover, Basingstoke and Aldershot. The services we provide are personalised, and individuals are supported to develop their own interests in the Andover, Basingstoke and Aldershot community.

    You will also support your service users in their recovery through low and high-intensity support structures in conjunction with a Dialog+ and care plans, by providing 1 to 1 support, via phone and virtually as well as in person.
