    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing competitive and attractive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce around the world. This position requires a strategic thinker with in-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and a keen understanding of market trends. As this is a global role international experience will be a distinct advantage, and cultural sensitivity critical.

    Responsibilities:

    Compensation Strategy and Analysis:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and industry benchmarks.
    • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive.
    • Collaborate with HR leadership to design incentive programs that drive performance and employee engagement.
    • Complete definition of Job Family Classification
    Benefits Administration:
    • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other related benefits.
    • Evaluate and enhance existing benefits offerings to ensure they align with employee needs and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with external vendors to optimize benefits programs and services.
    • Co-ordinate and oversee global HR operations to ensure data accuracy and annual process efficiency
    Policy Development:
    • Develop, review, and update compensation and benefits policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
    • Communicate policy changes to employees and provide guidance on program offerings.
    Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize HRIS systems and other tools (Job Architecture/Mercer) to analyze compensation and benefits data.
    • Generate reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing programs and propose improvements based on data-driven insights.
    Employee Communication:
    • Develop communication strategies to effectively communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees.
    • Conduct information sessions and workshops to educate employees on available programs and address queries.
    Compliance:
    • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
    • Ensure all programs and practices adhere to legal requirements.
    Budget Management:
    • Manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs.
    • Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make recommendations for budget adjustments.
    • Ensure global employment OPEX remains accurately tracked and flag any deviations from Forecast
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or in a similar role.
    • International experience, with global experience a distinct advantage
    • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and relevant employment laws.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management. Passionate advocate of how data can drive business decisions
    • Power BI expertise is an advantage
