Account Executive


This is a brand new, fantastic sales opportunity that has been introduced due to expansion, working for
London's largest independent seafood supplier, who have been providing the highest quality, coastal fresh fish to the population of London & the South through restaurants, bars, hotels and many other fresh food outlets for over 100 years.


Our client is proud to currently have a Warrant from HM The Queen, and has previously also held one from HRH The Prince of Wales.

Which they like to think there's a correlation between quality and service and being awarded the Royal Warrant.

Royal Warrantsare a mark of recognition to individuals or companies who have supplied goods or services for at least five years to the Households of HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh or HRH The Prince of Wales.


The
Account Executivewill be responsible for ensuring sales and profitability are maximised on by capturing customer's orders, driving sales promotion activity, investigating the winning customers full product requirements and developingrelationships with customers, to ensure total customer satisfaction and trust.


Salary:
£28,000 to £32,000 - Depending on experience.


Location:
Vauxhall


Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, plus 4 hours every other Saturday, 6:00am - 10:00am.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Ensure all company health and safety, due diligence and procedures are adhered to at all times reporting any issues to Line Manager.
  • Plan days call list activity, utilising all tools available and products purchased.
  • Speak to Customers regarding logging sales orders, prices quoted, and any issues/complaints raised on the CRM system.
  • Communicate effectively with Sales Manager/Director about any issues or requirements.
  • Use sales reports to investigate sales opportunities or losses.
  • Communicate effectively with Sales Manager/ Director and/or with the relevant Sales Advisor, regarding existing customers in order to define combined strategies to explore the full potential of each account.
  • Explore leads and if relevant, pass on to Sales Manager or to field sales force.
  • Assist with marketing as planned by the Sales Manager.
  • Training requirements to be kept up to date in accordance with company requirements.
  • Assist other departments including Technical Manager where required to support the development of the business.
