    Teaching personnel are currently working closely with a supportive secondary school who are recruiting for a brilliant Maths teacher to join their staffing team from April 2024.

    The desired applicant will be enthusiastic, driven and have a passion for teaching. They will be familiar with preparing and delivering engaging lessons and helping to improve attainment. They will also be confident in working with a mix of abilities and adapting their teaching style accordingly.

    You will be responsible for delivering Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4, marking will be expected as part of the commitment to this role.

    Capable of planning for students from a variety of backgrounds and abilities, and inspiring them to reach their full potential
    A knowledge and understanding of a range of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies and know how to use and adapt them to motivate students
    Experience of delivering Maths GCSE
    Suitable school-based references
    A willingness to undertake CPD and contribute to the wider school life
    Hold QTS (or an equivalent qualification)
