About Our Client:

  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices
  • Controlling credit within the company's agreed policies
  • Resolving billing queries and customer disputes
  • Maintaining accurate records of all credit activities
  • Providing regular reports on credit control to senior management
  • Working closely with other finance team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Keeping up to date with industry regulations and standards
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of credit control processes

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Credit Control should have:

  • A strong background in a customer or consumer collections background
  • Proficiency in finance software and MS Office
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of creditrelated laws and regulations
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to work well as part of a team
