    Description

    LD CHC Assessor – Outside IR35

    Woodrow Mercer Healthcare have been approached to source an LD CHC Assessor for an ICB in the midlands on a 3-month interim basis with the contract being outside IR35 and requiring someone to start as soon as possible.

    We are preferably looking to recruit a CHC Nurse Assessor to help produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations. The post-holder will be confident in working closely with management teams to develop the service and ensure that individual care plans are completed and maintained with relevant individuals as well as producing outstanding DSTs and Reviews, as well as supporting with case management. The expectation for this position is to complete 3 DST's per week F2F spread over 2/3 days and then working remote for the rest of the days to case manage.

    Essential Skills:

    • Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse
    • Completed mandatory CHC National Framework Training
    • At least 2 years recent experience working within Continuing Healthcare
    • Must have worked within a CCG or CSU organisation

    Desirable skills

    • Allied Health Professional
    • Extensive knowledge of the CHC National framework
    • Previous experience in a similar role in public sector
