Description

HR Business Partner - French speaking.

You will join an EMEA People & Culture team's purpose is to empower people managers, elevate the employee experience, and build on their foundations to support the organization to grow.

Partnership with Regional Managers to truly understand business needs
Lead the implmemetation of core HR cyclical activities, delivering training and parterning with managers on followthrouh actions
Independently guiding managers through Employee Relations cases and determining approaches / minding of precendents
Leading implementation EMEA initiatives relating to engagement and retention, as defined by the HR managers
Manager coaching and advice on complex people matters (e.g. performance, absence, conduct)
Supporting HR managers with org design and change management projects
Holding business to account for upholding culture and behaviours
Making recommendations on compensation offers
Compilling and analysing people data metrics and providing recommedations

You, idelaly:
years' HR experience

Ideally some experience as senior advisor / business partner
Employment legislation understanding for European countries; France, Germany, UK & Spain would be beneficial
Fluent French speaker
Experience leading Employee Relations cases, ideally France. Germany, UK & Spain would be beneficial
