HR Business Partner - French speaking.

You will join an EMEA People & Culture team's purpose is to empower people managers, elevate the employee experience, and build on their foundations to support the organization to grow.


  • Partnership with Regional Managers to truly understand business needs
  • Lead the implmemetation of core HR cyclical activities, delivering training and parterning with managers on followthrouh actions
  • Independently guiding managers through Employee Relations cases and determining approaches / minding of precendents
  • Leading implementation EMEA initiatives relating to engagement and retention, as defined by the HR managers
  • Manager coaching and advice on complex people matters (e.g. performance, absence, conduct)
  • Supporting HR managers with org design and change management projects
  • Holding business to account for upholding culture and behaviours
  • Making recommendations on compensation offers
  • Compilling and analysing people data metrics and providing recommedations

You, idelaly:
years' HR experience

  • Ideally some experience as senior advisor / business partner
  • Employment legislation understanding for European countries; France, Germany, UK & Spain would be beneficial
  • Fluent French speaker
  • Experience leading Employee Relations cases, ideally France. Germany, UK & Spain would be beneficial
