I am currently working with an experienced service led architectural practice. My client is looking for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their award-winning RIBA chartered practice. They work on projects across a variety of different sectorsincluding Logistics, Education, Leisure, Office and Industrial developments.

Skills and responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Working independently on concepts to comply with UK Building regulations and planning policies
  • Ability to produce creative integrated designs
  • Able to carry out studies and design proposals
  • Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ensuring that all information is treated appropriately and kept confidential

Essentials needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Hold an MSc in Architecture
  • Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
