One of the UK's leading full-service law firms are currently looking for a talented Court of Protection Solicitor to join their busy and expanding Court of Protection team at Senior Associate level.

This is your opportunity to join a firm that is recognisedfor its specialisms and is widely regarded as being at the top of their field.

The Opportunity:

Join a friendly dedicated team and become an integral member of the firm.
Take a leading role in the management of the Court of Protection team and play a valuable role alongside existing Partners in planning the direction of the team's future.
Act as a director of the firm's trust corporation and as a professional deputy/trustee, and for attending review, investment and site/adaptation meetings throughout England and Wales.
Have your own client relationships where you will act as a decision maker whilst being supported by Grade D-B fee earners.
Take responsibility for mentoring and managing more junior team members.

You will have:

UK solicitor qualification.
Significant quality experience in managing high value Court of Protection matters.
Experience of managing and developing junior team members.
Experience of making large best interest decisions.
Keen interest in business development.
