Knowledge, skills, and experience:

• a good mechanical aptitude
• experience of setting plastic injection moulding machines
• numeracy skills and an ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner, with a good standard of written and spoken English
• operating machinery and equipment to high standards ensuring targets are achieved
• tool setting and tool changes
• tool and material trialling
• basic tool maintenance
• packaging finished goods whilst ensuring high quality standards are met
• production fault finding to identify machinery/production inefficiencies
