Venture Search is working with a leading VC Fund, that is looking to add an Investment Director, with expertise in EIS investments, to join the team.

The successful candidate will lead the EIS investment strategy and manage a team of investment professionals.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the EIS investment strategyIdentify and evaluate investment opportunities across a range of sectorsConduct thorough due diligence on potential investmentsLead negotiations and manage the investment process from origination to closeBuild and maintain relationships with existing and potential investee companiesProduce regular reports on portfolio performance and investment activityRequirements:At least 8 years of experience in investment management with a focus on EIS investmentsStrong track record of successful investments and portfolio managementExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for investing in innovative SME's
