Job Description

What your new role will entail;

Our Water Engineering business in England & Wales is looking for Lead Design Engineers/Managers to join our growing teams in various offices.

Our Water Team is involved in high-profile infrastructure projects in the UK and overseas. We are working on significant projects directly for water companies, contractors, and government entities including potable water and sewage networks, treatment works, and design and construction processes.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career as a technical project leader, delivering solutions on a diverse range of projects.

Lead: Technical delivery of wastewater and water infrastructure projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Manage: Oversee key work packages from conception to handover, ensuring a seamless technical solution.
Collaborate: Work with clients and internal teams, contributing to technical capability and innovative approaches.
Develop: Line manager duties for staff, support junior team members, and mentor them.

Joining the Water Team means collaborating with professionals from various disciplines to provide sustainable solutions for infrastructure projects.

We work on projects that range from major infrastructure schemes to community-focused initiatives that make a difference.

You will be part of a dynamic team of Civil Engineers with opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Here's what we require from you;

Experience in managing water and wastewater engineering projects, strong collaboration skills, commercial awareness, and relevant engineering qualifications.
