Role Essentials:

Strategic Sourcing:
Identify and engage with top-tier talent, utilising innovative sourcing techniques.

Market Mapping:
Develop a deep understanding of the executive landscape across the engineering and technical industry.

Relationship Building:
Forge strong connections with both candidates and clients, ensuring a bespoke recruitment experience.

Process Excellence:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle with precision and flair.
Strong organisational and time management abilities to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
Experience in senior candidate sourcing, screening, and interview preparation.
Adept at negotiating and influencing at a senior level

Skills & Experience:
Ideally, you'll have a min of two years experience working within a engineering/technical/construction sector, on the permanent side.

Proven Track Record:

Demonstrate success in a recruitment or delivery / resourcing role, ideally within executive search or a similar high-calibre setting.

Communication:
Exhibit exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with senior-level stakeholders, building relationships with all clients and candidates.

Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with modern recruitment software and tools, and adept at virtual collaboration.

Self-Motivated:
Thrive in an independent work environment, showing initiative and a proactive approach.

This role would suit an individual who is comfortable with the 'search' methodology in terms of following a tried and tested successful process.
