- Finance:
- You will be responsible for the implementation and processing of accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable).
- You will carry out invoicing and invoice verification
- Posting data to the SAP systems
- Carry out bank entries for payment transactions
- You will allocate and post incoming payments
- Create and process open item lists
- You will work closely with our accountant.
- Recruiting:
- You will help build the team by liaising with recruitment agencies and recruiting independently.
- You will be responsible for operational HR areas such as drafting contracts, references, etc.
- Administration:
- You will be responsible for all administrative tasks relating to office management.
- Coordinate internal processes
- You will work closely with our headquarter in China
- You have a university degree in accounting, administration or similar
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in finance
- You are fluent in Chinese and English
- You have very good knowledge of Excel and experience in using common accounting software
- You have good VAT knowledge
- You are motivated and able to complete tasks independently and are looking forward to being part of a new project
