My client are a hedge fund that have achieved record breaking performance over the past few years - they have a culture of success, high achievement and best in class internal training, development and progression opportunities.

The firm are looking to hire a trader assistant to support a variety of investment professionals and portfolio managers.

Daily tasks would include sourcing prices, risk management, trade bookings, providing P&L commentary/analysis to the desk, working on FO projects, as well as attending investment meetings.

The role would suit someone who is currently supporting a trading desk within an investment bank or who is currently in the middle office within a hedge fund who would like to step up into a front office TA seat.

My client are looking to pay up to £100k on the base.

Whilst it can be said that my client have paid 100% bonuses to TAs in the past few years, as a conservative estimate you can expect a 50%+ bonus.
