    Description

    Welcome to Granary Bristol

At Granary, we are all about beautiful food, a
stunning environment, and engagingly delivered experiences. Located in the
heart of Welshback, Bristol, our neighbourhood all-day dining restaurant draws
inspiration from the area's diverse cultural history. Our guests will step into
our historic space, originally built in 1869 as a grain store in the
magnificent Bristol Byzantine style and indulge in a relaxed and honest dining
    experience.

We believe in treating outstanding produce with the
utmost care, using only the very best, fresh ingredients sourced from our
handpicked suppliers and artisans. Embracing the concept of sharing, our
generous, seasonal plates are meant to be enjoyed among friends and family.
Whether it's wood-roasted vegetables, charred meats, or hand stretched
flatbreads, each dish is crafted to highlight the natural flavours of the
ingredients. Our passion for seasonal ingredients shines through in every bite,
as we use fundamental processes of wood roasting, charring, and slow cooking to
create a relaxed and timeless dining experience.

We are looking for a CDP to join our team in our fully
refurbished open plan, theatre style kitchen, with brand new state of the art
Clay ovens chargrill and rotating wood-fired oven.

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, committed, and
hard-working individuals with a genuine passion for food, service and the
    hospitality industry.

As a small, independent, collection of restaurants all
based in the South West, we can offer career progression, appropriate training
    and group wide staff discounts.

We have worked hard to form relationships with local
producers and small independent importers to ensure our produce is of top
quality. Experience within a fresh food environment is essential.

    We look forward to hearing
    from you.
