Our client, a global construction vendor, is currently looking for an experienced Civils or Structural professional to join their team as a Technical Support Consultant.

With an emphasis on the Technical, you will work with professional teams on some ofthe largest infrastructure and construction projects in the UK.

The role
As a Technical Support Consultant, you will deliver high-level technical support to the users of our client's software.

Our client is fully focused on providing the very best digital technologies for their customers to deliver more sustainable, safer, andbetter-quality projects.

Other responsibilities include: _
Delivering a high level of support to users
Creating, updating, and delivering training courses
Building knowledge by writing technical support content

The requirements

You'll have professional experience using AutoCAD or other BIM software, as well as: _
Degree educated in Civil/Structural Engineering
Ability to produce clear and structured texts
Fluent written and spoken English
Passion for customer service and customer satisfaction
Utilising excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Hyper organised and able to multitask
General understanding of software development
Based in or around Leeds, UK
