    Description

    Reporting to the Head of Brand, the Design Executive is the go-to internal resource producing design-related artwork requirements of the whole Frameless Creative business. From time to time, they are also responsible for creating high-quality, compelling and visually engaging video content. Should any design, video or artworking be outsourced, then the Design Executive will also be responsible for managing this process. They will have a passion for delivering materials of the highest quality, coupled with the ability to create collateral that showcases the business in the best possible light, reinforcing its positioning as a premium brand.

    Main Duties – Design

    · Fulfil the business' design and artwork needs, juggling their workload to create all assets on time and to the appropriate specifications.

    · Apply the appropriate brand identity to materials, maintaining a consistent approach and following brand guidelines so that all materials are high-quality.

    · Manage all requests, acknowledging, logging requirements and agreeing delivery dates as well as keeping stakeholders up to date on progress.

    · Liaise with Head of Brand on a regular basis to agree priorities and communicate as appropriate with stakeholders to manage their expectations.

    · Follow the Frameless Creative filing conventions and file name terminology.

    · Proof read all materials before they are distributed to stakeholders for approval.

    · Suggest new hero images as Frameless' photographic library grows.

    · Produce amends in a timely manner, adhering to the agreed project deadline.

    · Ensure that a best practice approach is used for social media content, paid media and internal reporting requirements.

    Main Duties – Video

    · Content creation - Create high-quality and visually excellent content to support the business, reflecting the appropriate brand positioning and tone of voice, tailormade to the defined audience.

    · Design - Collaborate with the Head of Brand to ensure that all content is visually consistent

    and on-brand.

    Other

    · General design support for the Frameless business, including Frameless London as required

    Experience:

    Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience working in a similar role(s)

    Qualifications / Pre-requisites:

    · Experienced in all Office suite programmes and Mac equivalents (Keynote, Pages, Sheets)

    · Creativity and a flair for premium-positioned design applications

    · Outstanding attention to detail and excellent spelling

    · Well organised with the ability to juggle conflicting priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment

    · Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

    · Experience creating video content and proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro

    · Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator

    · A passion for the entertainment industry

    · Ideally, confident in handling film equipment and experience of a differing scale of camera led projects, including audio and lighting applications

    · An understanding of digital formats and their applications
