Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our team in Keighley.

The role is permanent and is a key link within the dairy operation reporting to the production supervisor

The successful applicant must be a conscientious, competent individual who expects high standard from both them self's and staff under their control

Duties:

To oversee and help maintain an efficient prodcution line by communicating with other team members
Monitor and maintain production schedules
Train new employees on assembly procedures and safety protocols
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions
Maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for production
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a leadership role in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with power tools and hand tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

This is a hand on role and the successful applicant will need to be physic ally fit as it may involve loading/checking vehicles when necessary

this is a full time position based around 48 hour working week, working 4 out of 6 days which will include a Saturday (Saturdays will be on rotation when possible)bank holidays will be included in the working week.

The rate of pay is £13.38 per hour. a company pension scheme is in place
