AA Euro Group has been retained by a leading General Contractor to recruit a BIM Engineer to be based on a large scale Pharma project in Oxfordshire.

The Role:

Develop, implement and maintain the BIM Protocol and execution planWorking closely with tenders, bids, temporary works, site and project teams in the design and production of 3D and 4D BIM ModelsEnsure all stakeholders are in alignment with the BIM Protocol and BEPAttend weekly coordination meetings and workshops as required.

The production of builders works schedules and associated drawingsDevelopment of models and reports in line with client scheduling requirementsResponsible for the application of BIM and the Digital Construction procedures at the design, construction and handover stages of the project.

Requirements:
Degree in Construction / Structural / ServicesMinimum 3 years post graduate experience in related field ( Hi-tech or Pharma projects)Previous experience working for a main contractor is desirableWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Revit ArchitectureKnowledge & Understanding of BIM Procedures & Protocols
