    The Role:

    The Competency Based Training & Assessment (CBTA) SMS (Safety Management System) and Training Data Evaluator is part of the Boeing Global Services, Training Solutions, Deployment team.

    This includes evaluating the customer airlines current SMS, providing a gap analysis and change program and advising the airline Head of Training how to effectively use pilot training data.

    As part of the CBTA Deployment team this role requires 50% international travel to customer airlines and provide written reports and recommendations internally at Boeing and externally to the customer airline.

    Training data analytics gathered by the airline and shared with Boeing will be analysed and reports created. This role will provide airlines the information and guidance they need to have to effectively use data to change pilot training programs making pilots more resilient and increasing safety
    Analyze the airline training systems and processes in place within an airline that support aircrew training.
    Assess the viability of airline systems to adapt to Boeing CBTA data driven products & applications.
    Create a specific airline systems gap analysis

    Create an airline specific system transition plan that enables full implementation of Boeing CBTA data driven products & applications.

    Create an airline specific data analytics transition plan that enables Boeing CBTA objectives
    Carryout analysis of airline existing systems
    Make sure that airline requirements are translated into highly specified project briefs
    Make provision of project feasibility reports
    Check and confirm results by testing programs
    Facilitate operation by training client personnel

    Balanced profile of airline training, business knowledge/understanding and analytical systems and data analysis used in airline aircrew training.
    Outstanding at relationship building with experience of partnering with business.
    Airline aircrew training data management experience would be an advantage
    Ability to travel unrestricted world-wide - minimum 50% of time travelling
    Ability to work remotely in a small team of different subject matter experts
