    The Role

    We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to resolve customer issues, contribute to improving our product offerings, and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, with practical experience in C#, Angular, and SQL.

    Requirements
    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    2. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
    3. Proficiency in C#, Angular, and SQL.
    4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving software issues promptly and effectively.
    2. Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical problems.
    3. Contribute to the improvement of product documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
    4. Assist in the testing and validation of software updates and new features to ensure they meet quality standards.
    5. Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for product improvement and communicate findings to the development team.
    6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.
    7. Assist in training and onboarding new support team members as needed.
