- Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical problems.
- Contribute to the improvement of product documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
- Assist in the testing and validation of software updates and new features to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for product improvement and communicate findings to the development team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Assist in training and onboarding new support team members as needed.
- Annual Salary of £35,000
