We Prep FBA is a fast growing 3rd party logistics provider (3PL) based on Ransomes Industrial Estate in Ipswich, Suffolk.

We specialise in shipping goods to Amazon FBA warehouses and offer multiple prep services. We have a large client database who operate mainly on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify and other Ecommerce platforms.

Following a period of sustained growth we are looking for new additions to our team.

We are looking to grow our team with people who can assist us in achieving this.

We are looking for an Office Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Immediate start is available.

The Office Supervisor will be responsible for a number of tasks in the office and within the company including but not limited to the following;

  • Assisting the Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Driving workflow efficiency in line with team KPI's and targets and reporting back to the Office Manager
  • Supporting and developing key account expectation with the office team
  • Aid in booking shipping worldwide and tracking deliveries
  • Problem solving and complaint handling
  • Developing and maintaining excellent customer and supplier relationships where appropriate
  • Acting proactively to help grow the business, identifying areas of improvement
  • Internal and external communications with the office, warehouses, customers and suppliers
  • Assisting in staff training and development
  • Maintaining stock levels of consumables across warehouses and office
  • Ensure daily targets are met and customer requirements are adhered to
  • Feedback issues to Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager
  • Assist with cost saving measures across the business
  • Assist with KPI display, customer feedback and information sharing both internally and externally
  • Drive our core values through all tasks within our working day
  • Diary management where required and assistance with social events and team building events
  • Assisting the Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager with HR administration when required
  • Assisting the Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager with resolving invoice queries and financial administration when required
  • Support office team and warehouse team in daily tasks
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of our customer account details on various platforms
Essential attributes;

  • At least 2 years experience in logistics
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Be highly organised
  • Well written English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent administration experience
  • Highly competent computer skills with experience using Microsoft and/or Google programmes such as Excel/Sheets, Word/Google Docs
  • Be a fast learner especially when picking up new systems
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
