We're looking for a forward thinking and passionate professional to join our senior leadership team as Head of Repairs.


It's a great time to join us We're changing the way we're doing things and plans are in place for a 'big listen' with customers through the summer months to make sure we shape our Repairs service to best meet their needs.


Reporting to the Director of Homes, our new Head of Repairs will have strategic and operational responsibility delivering a high quality and efficient service repairs service.

We view our repairs delivery as a key component of our purpose, and you will have the opportunity to shape how we deliver our repairs offer going forward as we look to consult with customers through a 'big listen' in the summer months.

You will lead and inspire a talented team responsible for ongoing responsive repairs and empty homes maintenance repairs, and be a role model for embedding our culture of customer excellence across the team.

As a senior leader you will also be a role model for our colleague HEART values and help instil our culture that embraces creativity, curiosity, and innovation.

We are transitioning to a culture where agile working will be a feature of many of our roles. We also try to support and promote a culture of flexible working where possible and practical.
