Key Responsibilities:

  • New business processing (Pensions, Investments, Protection)
  • Deal with client enquiries and deliver a high level of customer service to ensure that queries are actioned promptly and correctly
  • Ability to process pension transfer and drawdown requests, fund switches
  • Deal with adviser queries
  • Data input onto client database and date cleanse where appropriate
  • Group scheme research, quotations, renewal letters
  • Prepare systems to ensure client valuations are accurate
  • Prepare LOA for signatures, data gather information and update systems with plan information
  • General office duties as support when required
  • Adhere to company procedures
  • Ensure all work conducted within a timely, compliant manner and to the firms standards

Personal Specification:

  • 2+years industry experience
  • Confident, lateral thinker, who can work independently and as part of the team
  • Attention to detail is paramount, as well as ability to meet deadlines and act calmly
  • Industry qualifications preferred but not essential
