Credit Controller
A fantastic opportunity is now available to join our Finance Team as a Credit Controller at Solvd. based in the centre of Glasgow.

The Role


Working as part of the Finance Team, in a stand-alone Credit Control role, you will perform credit control and account receivable duties for our customers.

You will be responsible for the collection of current and aged debt whilst providing excellent customer service. The role involves raising sales invoices and credit notes accurately alongside proactively resolving customer queries in a timely manner.

  • Experience of working in a similar role.
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
  • A positive, resilient and professional nature.
  • Computer literacy skills in particular MS Office.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to understand and resolve customer enquiries in a time sensitive manner.
  • The ability to be flexible and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team setting with adaptable and interpersonal skills.

What you will get
- £29,600 per annum

  • Permanent role
  • Monday to Friday, full time, 37.5 hours.
  • Hybrid working, 40% of your working week at home, 60% in the office.
