    Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, the Service Manager will be responsible for managing after-sales service support, within the UK and Europe, exceeding performance standards and customer expectations.

    The successful candidate will manage service tickets and provide post-delivery technical support, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer service.

    Commissioning Management
    Coordinate and schedule commissioning activities.
    Coordinate with engineering and project managers to facilitate a seamless transition to customer handover.

    Post Delivery Support
    Improve and maintain a ticketing system for capturing, managing, and tracking customer service requests.
    Provide FRACAS reporting and data analysis from the ticketing system.
    Remotely monitor installations ensuring power generation is maximised.
    Support business process improvements and reporting functionality concerning service tickets.

    Act as the primary point of contact for customers on service tickets.
    Degree in Electrical Engineering.
    Ideally hands-on electrical engineering experience.
    Software tools.
