This role is a permanent position and can be based in Birmingham, Leeds, or Manchester.
Our client has multiple locations across the UK and will sit as part of the wider HR / ER team on providing employee relations support and guidance to the business.
The ER team, deal with all HR queries and people queries across the business - spanning performance management, long term sickness and grievances.
As well as this you will be responsible for all HR related queries across performance management, long term sickness, grievances, and redundancy processes.
