Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, driving sales, and ensuring top-notch service delivery.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products to meet customer requirements
  • Engage with customers inperson to understand their needs and recommend products and services
  • Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations

Salary:
From £23,712.03 per year
