- Demonstrating a robust understanding of sheet metal processes, including experience with tooling and nesting for a turret punch.
- Adapting existing designs to meet specified requirements while adhering to budget constraints.
- Generating comprehensive manufacturing and customer drawings, as well as assembly drawings and bills of materials.
- Utilizing Radan to develop designs that align with product specifications.
- Constructing prototypes as needed.
- Facilitating communication between production and sales departments.
- Collaborating closely with the Technical Manager and providing support to production operations.
- Maintaining and organizing departmental documents and files.
- Familiarity with Radan and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive reports, procedures, and guidance documents.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment or independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring deadlines are met.
