    Resident Advisor is the world's foremost platform for discovering electronic music, artists and events.

    Described by the NY Times as "the most influential electronic music site in the world", every month RA reaches more than 5m people across its web, mobile and app properties.

    RA is seeking a digital designer with an understanding of UI/UX who has a passion for music and cultural aesthetics.

    We are looking for someone who has skills across design as well as the ability to create initiative, dynamic and interactive content for editorial articles.

    You should be part designer, part content creator, part electronic music fanatic.

    We aim for the staffing at RA to be a reflection of the communities we cover, amplify and participate within.

    Work directly with our Designers and our wider content team to bring editorial copy to life and drive RA's visual identity across all digital platforms through compelling visuals.

    Come up with ideas for dynamic and interactive content for articles.
    Working with custom HTML, CSS and Javascript to create small, one-off apps.

    Working with data visualisation for a public audience and how to produce impactful visual assets geared towards digital formats.

    Offer creative solutions and input across a variety of design-related projects for editorial, podcast, brands, partnerships and events departments.

    Demonstrable graphic design experience, especially in a similar capacity.
    A thorough understanding of UX/UI principles and webpage design.
    Agile between multiple projects and flexible to quick turnaround times
    Adept working across digital and editorial platforms as well as social.
    Experience in motion design and animation is a plus (Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D etc.)

    This role is a full-time permanent contract and the salary is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE.
