Position: Senior Workday HRIS Analyst
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London – Hybrid Working - 3 days on-site each week
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Base Salary plus bonus and benefits
Skills & Experience Required:
2+ Years Experience as a Workday Functional Analyst with exceptional configuration capabilities across Workday HCM and Absence plus any other modules
Ability to build & maintain Absence plans
Act as the go-to Workday SME for Absence – Tier 1, 2 & 3 escalations
Excellent Stakeholder communication skills
Prior experience in a BAU Workday environment (post go-live) where you've been involved in optimisation of Workday HCM Modules, enhancement, continuous improvement, new features, release management
