Description

Are you an experienced onsite Account Manager with passion, experience and first class process/organisational skills to run a smooth and trouble free onsite operation.

Based on the outskirts of Reading you will be involved in all aspects from recruitment,client meetings, inductions, attendances and absences, managing supertemps for the night shift assistance, payroll, compliance and admin.

Numbers are roughly 25 for the day /afternoon shift starting at 1pm and 25 for the night shift (which your super tempwill check in) starting at 8:30pm.

The mornings will involve confirming the (previous) nightshift attendances/absences and you must have a bank of temps on standby to avoid issues and minimise your oncall requirement.

You can work flexi-hours (daytime) overa 45hr working week Mon-Fri.

If you can demonstrate relevant experience and you are working within a similar role, either as a senior coordinator or Account Manager, we would like to hear from you.

Salary package is £28/30k DOE - rest assured you will have support when needed and all the systems and infrastructure to help you succeed in this fast paced role.
