Role Description:


As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's operations by utilizing your exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

In this fast-paced and regulated environment, you will receive comprehensive training on our products and systems to effectively contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and training materials.


Responsibilities:

Maintaining and updating company policy and procedure documents, ensuring accurate version control to promote compliance and consistency.

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement across various business functions and collaborating with the team to produce comprehensive training documents.
  • Proactively seeking feedback from new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and providing valuable insights to enhance our services.
  • Assisting in the testing and implementation of changes to our systems, ensuring smooth transitions and mínimal disruption to operations.
  • Supporting the development of new products and services, working closely with the team to contribute innovative ideas and improve overall offerings.
  • Providing mutual support to the Compliance Officer during their absence, ensuring continued adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating with the Finance Assistant role to gain a comprehensive understanding of their responsibilities and collaborate effectively for efficient financial processes.
  • Assisting in the auditing process to maintain the high quality and compliance standards of our services, including data protection regulations such as GDPR.
  • Taking ownership of requests for disclosure under GDPR, ensuring timely and accurate responses while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Upholding meticulous recordkeeping practices and maintaining organized filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of information.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, demonstrating your ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a professional approach to all forms of correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage your workload efficiently, maintain accurate records, and navigate complex filing systems.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated attitude, with the ability to take initiative, identify areas for improvement, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and supporting one another to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance procedures, including an understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR, is advantageous.
