- Set up and maintain an attractive base room for children, ensuring tidiness and proper equipment storage
- Implement safety policies for children's enjoyment in a secure environment
- Follow daily activity schedule to deliver promised sessions
- Collaborate with staff to conduct sessions
- Provide active supervision and care for children throughout the day
- Plan and execute age-appropriate activities with enthusiasm
- Engage children and incorporate their interests into camp activities
- Take responsibility for welfare and safety
- Safely use and pack away session equipment
- Experience or qualifications in working with children
- Minimum age of 18
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Positive, organized, and communicative with initiative
- Adaptability to handle childcare challenges
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Completion of Online Training annually
- Attendance at Induction Training Day before camp
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
- Organize suitable activities within qualifications
- Encourage participation and follow activity schedule
- Ensure children's safety and well-being
- Follow camp procedures and support colleagues
- Act as a positive role model for children
- Report Child Protection concerns
- Accommodate children with additional needs
- Support Skills Builder and swimming sessions
- Perform varied tasks as required
