    The Company:

    A rapidly growing Series A SaaS business at the forefront of HR is looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager. Their innovative solutions empower businesses to, automate processes, validate data, access DE&l insights and deliver the best employee experience. As the business continues to scale and expand their market presence, they are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

    The Role:

    As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's product positioning and go-to-market strategy. They are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of success in a scaling business environment and a demonstrated ability to transition a company from being feature-centric to solution-centric.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.
    • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
    • Create and manage marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product documentation, and case studies.
    • Lead efforts to transition the company from a features-led approach to a solutions-led approach.
    • Experience in transitioning to larger clients with a focus on targeting Enterprise clients

    What you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 2-3 Years of experience in product marketing, in a SaaS environment.
    • Proven experience in a scaling business, contributing to the growth of a company.
    • Track record of successfully transitioning a company from features-led to solutions-led marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategy.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
