    Description

    My client assists the competitive development of the agri-food, fishing, and forestry sectors of the Northern Ireland economy, carries out environmental functions and has policy responsibility for Northern Ireland's Sustainability Strategy. As a result of a new 'go-live' project, they require a Programme Office Support Officer for 12 months.

    RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Identify and deliver activities to provide fully operational SPS Facilities
    • Working in partnership with key user groups (VSAHG/Plant Health, Local Councils) define and deliver a Go live plan for those aspects of port readiness.


    • Identify and implement process improvements in the end-to-end trader journey.


    • Support stakeholder engagement through leading on and chairing specific meetings or working groups with users.

    REQUIREMENTS


    • Project Management/Change Management experience.


    • Experience supporting colleagues and other stakeholders through a significant change/transition in processes or goals.


    • A formal change management certification would be beneficial but not essential.


    • Experience of building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, including senior management.

    This is a Hybrid role that will require attendance to the Belfast office 3 times a week alongside potential travel in the Republic of Ireland.

    Pay rate will be £23.06 (Umbrella) or £17.09 (PAYE).
