Job Description:


  • Your role:
  • You drive store revenue by supporting the sales team in exceeding daily sales targets and creating sustainable growth
  • You support the sales team in offering an exceptional shopping experience, ensuring stockrooms tasks and BOH activities are completed promptly and consistently, according to company guidelines

  • You ensure seamless product visual presentation and store functional maintenance

  • Create a high energy, compelling store experience by ensuring a continuous and consistent collaboration with the front of house team to engage customers and model appropriate customer service behaviours to associates and the stock team.
  • Position yourself as the store reference in terms of stock techniques and procedures, and inform management of training requirements.
  • PERFORMANCE
  • Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, and deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare new items to be displayed in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Ensure replenishment is done hourly and accurately.
  • Owner of stockroom organization and lead of the stock team.
  • Control and supervise transfers and all other operations in a timely manner.
  • Manage organisation of stock in accordance with Gucci directives and procedures (style, size, and colour).
  • Supervise the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of articles.
  • Follow daily placement of items for sale, in line with articles available in stock.
  • Plan and undertake inventory operations, and be a stakeholder in monitoring lossprevention and unknown markdowns.
  • Communicate on a daily basis with article rotation managers, and propose remedial measures where necessary.
  • MANAGEMENT
  • Train and coach team members.
  • Be a point of reference in store for Gucci policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the team receives adequate H&S training and that all incidents or accidents are reported to HR. Inform Management of all H&S issues.
