    Description
    Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes within the context of fashion retail
    Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for your remit, collaborating with stakeholders to develop accurate and achievable financial plans aligned with AllSaints' strategic goals
    Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the industry and providing insights into business performance
    Analyse channel profitability, investment decisions, and sales trends to optimise revenue and margin performance, ensuring that business decisions are profitable and aligned to the targets of the business
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital, wholesale, distribution, marketing and retail operations to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
    Identify financial risks and opportunities within the business, both internal and external, through regular reporting and analysis
    Develop financial models to assess business scenarios, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
    Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance function, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities

    You will join a dynamic and passionate finance team that has responsibility for all aspects of finance including commercial business partnering, financial & management reporting, tax, treasury and accounts processing.

    Based at our Shoreditch head office, this role will report to the head of commercial finance and have management responsibility for a finance analyst.
