    Description

    Role: EA to CEO

    Days/Hours: Monday to Friday (with some flexibility outside normal working

    hours), 9am - 6pm

    Location: Central London

    Salary: £80,000-£100,000 Gross per annum (depending on experience)

    Contract: Permanent

    Start date: ASAP

    Our client is a CEO of a highly regarded luxury service provider in the hospitality industry working between London and the US. They are looking for a highly discreet, articulate, astute and conscious top EA to support them in this busy, fast paced position working alongside a full time PA.

    This is an incredible opportunity for a focused and switched on EA who has a background in Luxury Service/ Hospitality working with HNW/UHNW clients. Given the extensive demands in their business, our client needs an EA who is highly organised and experienced at managing complex diaries, is an excellent time and task manager who can pre-empt problems and plan ahead at all times. Logistical and organisation skills will be your strengths, alongside having fantastic communication skills, excellent admin, being detail focused and concise.

    You must be a self-starter who is proactive, personable, professional and discreet. An ability to excel at extensive travel planning with detailed itineraries is essential. Your personal standards will be high and you will connect with your role and have a lot to offer. You will also have an established network from working in the luxury and hospitality industry.

    Requirements

    • Advanced IT and organisational skills are a must
    • Logistical and focused approach able to respond to issues quickly and resolve them.
    • Discretion and confidentiality are key plus 7 years+ experience within a busy/demanding role as an EA in Hospitality our Luxury Services.
    • Degree Educated
    • A quick learner willing to take on projects.
    • You will also have an established network of contacts and suppliers in London
    • Gatekeeping and the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life;
    • Liaising with all company staff
    • Have flexibility to travel overseas as required including to the US.
    • Be eligible to work in the UK
    • Be fluent in the English Language
