We provide you with extensive on the job training, the ability to work from home and manage your own workloads, whilst meeting the business needs.

The key focus of the role is to book appointments for our financial advisers who are based throughout the UK.

We operate a CRM system as well as a diary management system.

In this role you will be part of a friendly team who actively manage the diaries for 100 financial advisers throughout the UK.

The role is a telephone based home working role where you will be dealing with clients from all demographics of the UK who are seeking financial advice.

Using our CRM system you will be finding out about the client's needs, finding the right adviser for the client and booking an appointment in our CRM system.

The job involves liaising with clients and financial advisers on a daily basis, it is a varied and interesting role that provides some flexibility.

Full training and support will be given in the role.

About You

You will be competent in software such as Word and Excel.

You are a natural on the phone and don't shy away from taking ownership.

Desirable:
