The Role

The Senior Support Engineer will provide line management for a small team of 1st Line Support Engineers, providing high quality, dedicated support for IT related queries.

The Senior Support Engineer will provide 2nd/3rd line support covering desktops, servers and networks covering multiple sites.

What's required of the Senior Support Engineer?

Experience providing 2nd/3rd support across desktop, servers and networks
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and VMWare
Full UK driving license and happy with occasional travel between sites
