Role: HR Officer - Interim Contract

Interim - 8 week contract
We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in employee relations to join this Global Retail brand. A key focus will be to assist with, manage and advise on various ER cases. This is an 8 week contract to start immediately.
You will need to be used to fast-paced environments, ideally within a retail or similar background. A deep knowledge of ER and managing cases, experience in upskilling managers in ER topics and coaching them through a variety of situations is also required. You will be required to create ER training materials to roll out to managers, so experience doing so previously is essential. As this is a contract role the ability to hit the ground running and get involved immediately is a must, as well as commitment for the full length of the contract.
