    Description
    I am working with an established and growing financial services business in the Leeds area.

    Supporting the HR Business Partner and HR Advisor, this role will provide high-quality support to the HR function as well as other senior managers across the business.

    This opportunity is a fully admin-focused role with the chance to gradually develop to HR Advisor level as the business continues to grow.

    You must have previous HR Admin experience.

    This is a very varied admin role, you will be involved in a whole host of tasks, this is a busy team and you must be happy to get stuck into a wide range of tasksThe role is hybrid working approx.

    2-3 days from home with the other days based out of the office on the edge of Leeds.

    27 days holiday plus bank holidaysUp to 10% matched pensionPrivate medicalDeath in serviceResponsibilities:Working closely with the HR BP and HR Advisor to support both day-to-day activities as well as project-based tasks.

    Payroll - to administer the HR system and liaise with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate completion of the monthly payroll.

    Administration of company benefits.
    All related administrative tasks, from onboarding, rewriting job specs, advertising roles, disciplinary and grievance etc.
    Supporting the admin elements of the TUPE process.
    Collecting and documenting data for ER cases.
    Offer letters, contracts, changes to contracts etc.
    Supporting the onboarding of new staff in line with company growth.
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    Helping to maintain the e-learning platform.
    Consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.


    Requirements:
    Previous HR Admin experience is essential.
    A keen eye for detail - ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
    Naturally builds rapport at all levels to influence effectively.
    Happy to get stuck into a wide range of tasks and busy team.
    Ability to identify potential process improvements and communicate these with the wider HR team.
