Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our Group Services team.

This is a varied role where the team are involved with the procurement of services which support our business requirements, ranging from music licences for our retail stores, to our fleet of cars used by our field staff and management teams.

Please note this role will require manual handling and heavy lifting


What you will be doing as Group Services Administrator

  • Providing administrative support and communicating with the team, wider business, and service providers
  • Improve the processes and procedures
  • Maintain high quality and accurate records for our service providers
  • Post responsibilities; distributing incoming post and franking and sorting outgoing post
  • Assisting with office moves

  • Manual Driving Licence, to drive small van and Company cars
  • Administration experience
  • Confident communicator
  • A team player who can lead and build strong relationships
