- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (dependent on client requirements)
- 37.5 hours per week
- Field based maintenance and servicing of catering equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly and effectively
- Repair and replace parts as necessary to ensure optimal functionality
- Work with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts inventory
- Recommend innovative solutions to enhance equipment performance
- As a service engineer, you must adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
- Travel within a 2-hour radius of Kenilworth to fulfil service requests from clients
- Time-served service engineer with a strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience in servicing and maintaining equipment (Preferably within catering industry)
- Full UK driving license, and willingness to travel
- Time management and ability to work independently
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality service and exceed client expectations
- Previous experience in a service engineering position
