Job Title:
Cover Supervisor

Location:
Schools across Ware, Hertfordshire

Salary:
From £90 per day

Contract Types Available:

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the teacher.
Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure continuity of learning.
Maintain a disciplined and focused learning environment.
Assist students with their work as outlined in lesson plans.
Attend to any immediate needs or emergencies according to school policies.
Collect any completed assignments from students to pass to the regular teacher.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in an educational or child supervision role is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven ability to manage a classroom and ensure safety and wellbeing of students.
Willingness to adhere to the school's policies and procedures.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
