    Enterprise Architect

    Role Overview:

    As an Enterprise Architect at Keyloop, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organisation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that drive business growth and enhance the customer experience.

    This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models, with a particular focus on transforming key business processes.

    Proven experience is a must in a SaaS business model with and key business processes such as 'Lead to Cash' & 'Procure to Pay' processes. Additionally, you will champion the importance of data and how that moves across the enterprise and the impact on customer experience & customer journeys developing solutions that delight our customers.

    This is a new role formed into a transforming IT department so a willingness to adapt and change in transforming world is a must and being outcome and value driven.

  • Drive the adoption of best practices in data architecture, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and security across the organisation.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology & future strategic platforms and tools, with a focus on Salesforce, NetSuite, and other relevant technologies, to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and industry standards.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on business strategy and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technology initiatives, balancing short-term goals with long-term objectives.
  • Knowledge and skillsets

    Level of knowledge of principles, concepts within speciality area and company business:

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture in a SaaS/Software company or demonstratable transformation experience

    Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a focus on transforming lead to cash, procure to pay processes in a SaaS business environment.

    Strong understanding of customer experience principles and methodologies, with experience implementing customer journey mapping and customer 360 initiatives.

    Extensive knowledge of best practice Salesforce and NetSuite platforms, including configuration and integration capabilities.

    Proficiency in data architecture concepts, including data modeling, data governance, and data management best practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Supervision / Leadership

    Nature of guidance received:

    This role provides a significant level of autonomy and a wide-ranging mandate to drive transformation within the IT Service organisation and as a key enabler to our wider business transformation. The incumbent will need to be passionate about delivering quality, scalable solutions to our business and be a positive influence in IT's maturity & transformation journey.

    Nature of influence on people, project, processes, strategy:

    This role necessitates exceptional stakeholder management and influential abilities. You will be responsible for ensuring our stakeholders internally and wider business get the right level of service attention to detail from IT. It is imperative that you engage with various business units, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to the success of multidisciplined IT function.
