Operations Location:
You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients in a fast-paced service environment. Leading a small team of chefs through service and reporting to senior management.
There is a seasonal changing menu featuring small plates, pizzas and street food menus that suit a wet -led venue.
This would suit a head chef or senior sous chef that has worked in a busy branded restaurant, knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in menu writing and costing dishes.
