  • Job Function: Finance and RiskElectricity Transmission is at the heart of delivering the transition to Net Zero and meeting the Governments 2030 targets. In order to deliver this, we will need new regulatory frameworks for the next price control period to support this fundamental change to the energy industry.


As a Finance Business Plan Process Lead, you will play an integral role in the agreement of the next Electricity Transmission regulatory price control with our regulator, Ofgem.

This agreement sets our revenues and financial framework for FY26-FY30, and this role will be key to delivering a positive outcome.


You'll set the timeline, guidance, and process for building the totex business plan for PC26, working with Ofgem to understand their requirements as well as with finance business partners and wider finance teams to ensure a smooth on the process.

You'll ensure assurance over the numbers in the plan and be responsible for the data submission to Ofgem as well as running the Q&A process post submission.


About You:


You're a Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent who has sound knowledge and experience of running complex processes (Regulatory reporting experience is desirable but not essential).

You have experience with assurance of financial data and can effectively prioritise tasks and communicate timelines. You can negotiate on challenging topics and have strong stakeholder management. You like to add value and identify and resolve issues as and when they arise.


What You'll Get:

£60,000 - £70,000 per annum - dependent on experience.
